Social media is a tool. Like a shovel, it can be used to move soil or to sever one’s head in two.

Those who used social media to shovel raw manure on someone they did not know and her family will get their comeuppance in this world or the next.

Unfortunately, the sheer venom unleashed on a mother of three small children is a sign of our times. We have experienced the same on a much smaller scale, and with us, lots more people. We do not claim victim status but be aware of what our society has become and the voice the basest members have been given.

Carl and I privately idly speculated at the nearly 3 months recovery time HRH was given, even for a major procedure like abdominal surgery. It took 6 weeks for the histology to be interpreted. Strange to us, but not a reason to suppose there were body doubles or HRH spent time cooking family photos.
