We need to analyse one aspect closely. We reported that Michael Tyas managed to get from the NHS Business Services Authority a list of conditions awarded a Vaccine Damage Payment or in which vaccine causation was accepted with disability reduced from 100% to 60%. 100% presumably means that you are pushing up the daisies, as the only condition in the list is anaphylaxis.
So, what were the conditions for which causation is not disputed?
