The evidence for provisional registration – getting lost in harms underreporting.
In trying to put together episode 4 of our meanderings (which we planned as a regulatory description of vaccine and placebo content), we got sidetracked by the issues of the inconsistency of reported harms, as we reported here.

You will also recall that the whole saga started from the observations on Bell’s Palsy by an ophthalmologist subscriber to TTE:
We promised to keep you informed if the efforts of a member of the public, Mr Anthony Haywood, got an answer from the MHRA.
Mr Haywood asked a simple question:
“Dear Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, would you please supply your estimate of the degree of underreporting to your ‘Yellow Card’ scheme, and subsequently your estimate of the actual number of deaths and adverse events, likely to be related to the covid 19 vaccine, at least in the view of the injured party.”
On the 26th of April, Mr Haywood got an answer dated 29 APRIL.
